Here is a Christmas card that I made using an image from Imagine That Digistamp Jenn's Lantern.  I need to catch up on getting some Christmas cards made.  For this one, I used non-traditional colors.  I also put Liquid Applique on the hat and boots.

Bonus Dad

Here is the card that I made for my Dad for Father's Day using a stamp from Unity called Bonus Dad.  I inked it with Tim Holtz Distress inks and then blotted several inks around the image and smeared some water on the green and blue.
My Dad has been helping me with projects around my home, but he hasn't been around for awhile due to somethings that he has needed to do at his area.  Now, this past week we have had it in the 90s and I went to turn my air conditioning on and it would run, but I didn't have any cold air.  So I finally had someone come out today.  Just to find out that the 220 volt electricity had been turned off which I'm sure happened when the guys were doing some work for me since my Dad put new light fixtures to my garage and office.  So oops after the cats and I have been suffering for days and it cost me a visit today, argh.  I still love DADDY!

Here is a sentiment that is from TLC, Create and I used some shark paper from Sweet Shoppe.  The die is a Spellbinder Label 56 which I thought which was the perfect shape to look like a jaw mouth.  I kept it rather a simple card for mailing purposes and for a male card.

I have this Your Next Stamp, Keepin' it Reel, which I think is so much fun.  I realized after I put the card together that I used the wrong sentiment.  I stamped several since I was making several masculine cards and I put the wrong sentiment on this card and I already had it glued down so next time.  So the sentiment is from the Best Fishes Unity stamp set.

Mojo Fish Card

I made this masculine Fish card using a stamp that I got from Unity Stamps called Best Fishes.  It has wonderful sentiments for Father's Day, but my Dad is not a fisherman.  I have several Uncles that are so they will get the card; however, I knew that I will put the sentiments to use at some point.  I added an anchor and a couple of bling to finish off the card.

Today starts a new challenge at Imagine That Digistamp Creative Playground. This is anything goes challenge, but if you use an image from Imagine That you can get this set called Giraffe with Coffee free.  Please see the site for more details.  I colored the image and used the sentiment from the set.  This has been a rough week....so I feel that this sentiment is so appropriate.  I can't believe it is June already, but hoping this month will be better.
